剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     3.5/5。本月最后一场在nyc的电影，这次雷暴还专门改了航班为了看一场，结果既没雷暴又还是期望过高。可以看出导演的野心，也很喜欢各种民俗和戏曲元素的叠加（唉，听到熟悉的戏曲还有点鼻酸，想外公了。）和四川话（字幕翻不出精髓啊），但我不是很喜欢整部电影给我的戏台感：虽然戏如人生，但以此来演绎人生和历史又会让我觉得出戏。像是儿时的一个梦，却总是和现实隔着一层帘布。同时男主的这个角色塑造也没能persuade me 他在戏曲上的成就，因为很显然这不是全片的focus。在知道它是众筹后还是不满意片中的戏曲训练，总觉得如果要展现丘福是一位如此杰出的丑角，这方面还是应该占比更多，否则就让我感到脱节和牵强了。另外真的很冗长，后半段略好。不过还是未来可期。(@anthology)
