During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. “前半段给观众制造了一个复古惊奇的伦敦夜，中间惊悚，最后温情！”导演是不是以为观众会这么说。自以为是的导演把观众当好操纵的白痴，给了一个混乱不知所云的观影体验。再白痴也不会有女主白痴。
原声必收，60年代英伦复古大串联。另外，镜像的点子实现的不错。
没头没尾，草草收场。想拍凶宅就好好拍凶宅，前面大段被室友算计的戏基本都废的，妈妈那条线也还以为会有点后续，结果啥也没有。老警察更是死的的莫名其妙。唯一的看点就是anya中间在舞厅跳舞那段实在太美了，我们的舞池什么时候能有这样的姑娘。

3. 铅黄不像铅黄，饱和不够，格局太小。
和《致命感应》一样，属于一个天才导演如何把一个无聊故事拍出花来的电影，技巧大过文本，画面美过反转，当然了，也可以看成安雅的60年代服装秀。
音乐 剪辑 镜头配合完美，服化道和置景上颇具匠心，爽片～

【2.0】友邻形容的马戏团杂耍招式的电影调度很形象，虽然我是觉得花哨的调度在这个作品里完全谈不上出错。不喜欢此片纯粹因为反转做得太掉价。
能感觉到路子是在致敬七八十代的惊悚片，镜像、霓虹闪烁的一些影像挺棒的，故事只能说讲好了一半，女主咋咋唬唬的表演绝对是扣分项。安雅很适合全程诱惑

消失的爱人策划思路升级版。中规中矩的美式商业恐怖片。
前半部分女孩的故事和眼睛里的表达很不错，后面就跑偏了，尤其是最后的回归更是突兀，减分了。
艾露思是个性单纯善良的乡村女孩，渴望成为一名服装设计师。凭借着自己的努力，她考上了位于伦敦的艺术学院，怀揣着对未来的期待和对梦想的希冀，她告别的居住在故乡的外婆，独自踏上了求学之路。初来乍到，伦敦的一切在艾露思的眼里看来都是这样的新奇和时髦，但同时，复杂的人际关系和繁重的学业也给艾露思带来了巨大的压力。
一个比较简单的悬疑故事也可以通过复古风格的渲染、通过霓虹灯光、60年代歌舞的表现变得非常丰满
前半段想说还挺逗比的，后半段属实给吓到了😱🤪
第三幕全部崩坏，痛苦面具疑惑脸，反转大可不必，甚至直接导致山姆克拉弗林从帅气酱油变成难顶工具人。。。
『用迷幻的裙装掩盖糜烂的正装』女主学服装设计的，背景也在伦敦... 你要说是《黑白魔女库伊拉》我都信，只不过比迪士尼黑一点点罢了...内核呢就像《前途似“镜”的女孩》+《镜中人》|顺便其中被人津津乐道的“丧尸？” 我觉得更像是那个都市传说《瘦长鬼影》 Slender Man 怪物形象
其他都好，就是结局太形而上。肯定是疫情惹的祸，太主旋律了，一派合家欢盛景。
你批评《Soho区惊魂夜》的故事讲不通的同时，有没有想过这个片子致敬的《威尼斯疑魂》其实更是狗屁不通呢？其实就讲究一个气氛，气氛到了就够了。
