一部印度乌托邦的电影，不过能拍出来就值5星了！
jc为了升职，只顾着破重大案件，女主的却不管，觉得没有价值。啧啧啧，可实际，多少人报警后也就只有一条回执，啥也没了。
的确不是什么新鲜的剧情，但是会推荐给身边的人看，电影最后的一句话实在过分震撼人心了，“在你看完这部电影的时候，这个国家又有八个女性被强奸”，远比《死于明日》里每秒都在计算死亡者那个庞大的数字要让人齿冷得多。

第3463-电影本身是工业化制作及格产品，有意义的是电影的目的是发声呼吁，在网络便利的时代，印度的性侵问题成了全球人都知道的问题，欣慰的是还有不少个体为了法律健全而抗争。

印度的社会问题还是相当严重的，很了不起能有这种片子出来，只可惜他们政府依旧不作为
题材很好也很深刻，女主杀了qj 犯后无声的呐喊是全剧最精彩最高明的地方。除以上以外，全片充满了不合理，为了配合主角演一出大戏，警察宁愿放弃智商和下限。

很多不合理，合格的商业片，希望有机会……算了……
不论拍的如何至少别人敢拍出来，社会现状肯定远比电影还离谱。我反正绝对支持性侵犯重判，不支持也不相信辣鸡会重新做人，最好是直接不打麻醉进行物理阉割。
